Support for the Elderly
In a city like Bloemfontein, there are many elderly people who rely solely on their SASSA grants to survive. take Guardian and Angel these needy elderly under their wing through regular outreach efforts, which include providing food, clothing, medical support, and other essen
Support for Children
On the other side of the spectrum are children who suffer due to the lack of job opportunities for their parents. Guardian and Angel provide daily support to these children through food programs, educational resources, and emotional support. The organization strives to create a safe and loving environment where children can thrive, despite the challenges they face.
Christmas Projects
Over the past 4 years, the costs of our Christmas projects have ranged between R110,000.00 and R140,000.00. This reflects the value of the products collected, not physical cash. The food parcels typically include the following items:
Tea • Sugar • Pasta • Canned non-perishable goods • Macaroni/Spaghe
Spreading the Gospel
Hester Bekker’s vision for Guardian and Angel is to bring people back to the Lord. Therefore, the ministry focuses not only on distributing items but also on spreading the gospel.
